The Story
The Singapore Sling was invented at the Raffles Hotel in 1915. It''s one of the most adapted cocktails in existence — every version is slightly different from the "original." Ours uses two Barking Owl spirits: the Distillers Cut provides the gin backbone and the Cherry Brandy replaces the cherry liqueur and grenadine with something richer and more complex.
This is not a subtle drink. It''s tropical, sweet, sour and strong all at once. That''s the whole point.
> Bénédictine is worth having in the cupboard. It adds a herbal depth that honey syrup can''t replicate.
