Rye Vodka Collins

The Spirit

Rye Vodka β€” our grain spirit, distilled from rye for a character that clean-neutral vodka doesn''t have. Slightly nutty, clean, and built for tall drinks on warm days.

What You'll Need β€” serves 1

  • β€”60 ml Rye Vodka
  • β€”30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • β€”20 ml simple syrup
  • β€”Soda water (to top β€” about 60–80 ml)
  • β€”Lemon wheel, fresh mint
  • β€”Ice β€” a full tall glass

Glass: Collins or highball glass, full of ice Garnish: Lemon wheel down the inside, mint sprig on top

Instructions

  1. 1Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. 2Add vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  3. 3Top with soda water β€” pour slowly down the side to keep the bubbles.
  4. 4Stir gently once.
  5. 5Push a lemon wheel down the inside of the glass so it''s visible.
  6. 6Add a mint sprig on top β€” slap it first.
