Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our distillery at 149 Reids Way, Wooragee VIC 3747 within 10 business days of order and payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has left us.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Victoria — 1 to 3 business days
- NSW, ACT, QLD — 3 to 5 business days
- SA, TAS — 4 to 6 business days
- WA, NT — 6 to 10 business days

Restrictions
- We ship to Australian addresses only — no international deliveries.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.
- Goods will not be delivered to persons under 18 years of age. A signature is required on delivery and proof of age may be requested.
Delivery Instructions
You may provide authority-to-leave instructions at checkout. Please note that by doing so, you accept responsibility for the goods once they are left at your nominated location. We strongly recommend providing a contact number and daytime delivery address to ensure prompt delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before submitting your order. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Redelivery or redirection may incur additional charges.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Email hello@barkingowl.com.au and we will make it right.
Packaging
We take care to package every order securely. Minor scuffing or label wear can occur in transit and is unavoidable. If you require a product in pristine condition (e.g. as a gift), please contact us directly before ordering.
Insurance
We do not automatically insure shipments against transit risks. Please contact us if you require insurance for high-value orders.
