Returns & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We take pride in every bottle that leaves our shed. If something isn't right with your order, we want to know about it and we'll fix it.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original sealed condition
  • In original packaging with all labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@barkingowl.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods: We will cover return shipping and arrange a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@barkingowl.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on opened bottles, or items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.
