In a 1940s shearing shed in Wooragee, just between Beechworth and Yackandandah, we make every drop from scratch. Local grain, local botanicals — grain to glass, the way it should be.
You'll find us on weekends with the doors open and the still running. Kids welcome, no bookings needed.

Rye Vodka Collins
A Collins is the most forgiving drink you can make. Ours uses rye vodka for a slightly nutty, grainy backbone that elevates it well above the standard pub pour.
Bushman's Gimlet
Australian bush botanicals meet fresh lime juice. The Gimlet is one of the most honest cocktails ever made — nowhere to hide — and our Bushmans Gin wouldn't want to.
Dirty Martini
If the G&T is our handshake, the Martini is our bow. Distillers Cut Dry Gin has a clean juniper backbone that stands up beautifully in a spirit-forward drink. Dirty or clean — your call.
