The Story
The French 75 was supposedly named after the 75mm field gun used in WWI β "kicks like a mule, hits like a ton of bricks." Our Garden Gin version has the same combination of elegance and impact. The elderflower cordial bridges the botanical gap beautifully, and the champagne''s bubbles lift the floral notes from the gin into the nose with every sip.
This is the cocktail we make for the people who say they don''t like gin.
> Use real champagne if the occasion calls for it. The yeasty depth is worth it.
