Bushman's Gin is a distinctly Australian take on the classic spirit, marrying traditional juniper and coriander with a carefully curated selection of native botanicals. Lemon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum, and Bush Lemon provide a bright, herbaceous backbone, while Rosella and Pepperleaf add subtle spice and complexity. Built on our house Barley Rye Vodka, this gin captures the essence of the Australian bush in every sip.

🍸 How to Enjoy

Best served over a large ice cube in a gin balloon glass with a generous squeeze of fresh lemon and a sprig of Lemon Myrtle to echo the botanical profile. A premium tonic water allows the native botanicals to shine.
