Our Cherry Brandy is a sophisticated meditation on balance, where native Australian botanicals—lemon myrtle, olive leaf and rosemary—dance alongside classical distilling traditions. Built on our signature Barley Rye Vodka, this spirit showcases the herbaceous complexity of our Beechworth terroir. A brandy that honours both heritage and homeland.

🍸 How to Enjoy

Best served neat in a chilled coupe glass, or over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass with a twist of grapefruit peel and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Allow the spirit to open gradually as the ice melts.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright citrus and herbal lift—lemon myrtle and fresh lemon peel lead—followed by warming juniper and coriander. Deeper notes of cardamom, angelica root and thyme emerge, with a subtle earthiness from olive leaf and sage.

Palate

Silky arrival with immediate herbaceous warmth. Mid-palate reveals layered complexity: rosemary and thyme provide structure, while bitter almond and orris root add refinement. The finish carries lingering citrus and gentle spice.

Finish

Clean and persistent, with a final impression of dried citrus peel and warming spice. The herbal notes settle gracefully, leaving a subtle peppery warmth.
